SEO Specialist
Position Overview:
Panoptic Group is seeking a dedicated SEO Specialist. This role is dedicated to amplifying the search engine presence of both our internal website and the sites of our valued clients. With our expansion into video and VR content, we need an expert who can seamlessly integrate SEO best practices, ensuring our clients fully benefit organically from the content we craft. While a comprehensive understanding of SEO is important, your enthusiasm to evolve and adapt in this rapidly changing field is paramount.
You will be working alongside the development, marketing and content team and have all the resources you could ever need to be successful in this role at your disposal.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed monthly SEO performance reports for clients, pinpointing areas for enhancement and driving optimization strategies.
- Innovate and implement SEO-driven content approaches for Panoptic and our client websites.
- Continually optimize websites with a focus on crafting keyword-targeted posts and pages that align with current SEO methodologies.
- Stay informed about the latest developments, tools, and algorithms in the SEO domain to keep our strategies at the forefront.
- Undertake thorough keyword and market research to steer our content creation.
- Engage with our content production teams, especially within filming, VR, and photography, ensuring all content is primed for search.
- Evaluate and refine SEO methodologies for Panoptic’s digital avenues regularly.
- Guide clients in understanding the nuances of SEO and the growth opportunities available.
- Strategize and manage effective link-building campaigns.
- Monitor and respond to competitor SEO tactics and strategies.
Essential Qualities:
- A deep grasp of SEO tools, practices, and methodologies.
- Robust analytical capabilities to interpret and leverage SEO metrics.
- Stellar communication skills, with a knack for distilling complex SEO concepts for clients.
- A drive to stay updated and excel in the dynamic realm of SEO.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, particularly with our content and technical teams.
Desirable Skills:
- Google certifications such as Analytics.
- Familiarity with back-end website CMS, enabling you to make necessary adjustments directly. While you’ll have the autonomy to make minor adjustments, our dedicated developers will be available for any significant overhauls.
- An understanding of email platforms from an SEO perspective, like Mailchimp.
